About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is hiring an entry-level Mitigation Technician to help homeowners recover from water, fire, or mold damage. The technician performs restoration and cleanup work under supervision, provides customer service during projects, and supports equipment, vehicle, warehouse, and facility upkeep. The role calls for reliability, hard work, empathy, urgency, and an interest in developing restoration skills. The position is based in Lindon, Utah, and requires a Monday–Friday schedule during an approximately 90-day initial training period. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Written and verbal fluency in English.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
Ability to lift 75 pounds or more frequently.
Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, pull, push, reach, and stoop for 8–12 or more hours per day.
Ability to work in potentially extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Serve community members affected by property damage and help restore their homes.
Perform restoration and cleanup services under supervision, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition.
Provide excellent customer service throughout each project.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment.
Assist with setting up equipment and temporary structures and preparing materials for removal.
Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job.
Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed.
Support warehouse and facility tasks when required.
