About The Position

The MIS Manager is responsible for the daily management, administration, and support of Universal 1 Credit Union’s information technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and support services. This working manager provides leadership and oversight to the MIS team while maintaining hands-on responsibility for core infrastructure technologies, including servers, virtualization platforms, backup systems, network services, cloud services, and technology operations.

The MIS Manager coordinates technology resources, vendors, projects, and operational support activities to provide secure, reliable, and efficient technology services for employees and members. The role translates strategic technology objectives established by the CIO into daily operational execution while maintaining regulatory compliance, system availability, cybersecurity controls, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and support the Credit Union’s information technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and support services.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the MIS team while maintaining hands-on responsibility for core infrastructure technologies and technology operations.
