Domaine is seeking a senior Mirakl specialist to lead dropship configuration and vendor migration for an enterprise client as a contractor within Domaine’s delivery team. The client is moving its commerce platform to Shopify and will use Mirakl as its dropship layer. The work includes migrating approximately 30 existing vendors, potentially 50 or more, from an existing platform to Mirakl, as well as onboarding new vendors. Domaine owns the work stream end-to-end; the client owns vendor relationships, while the contractor serves as the team’s Mirakl subject-matter expert and owns Mirakl configuration and clean vendor onboarding. The contractor reports to Domaine’s program manager and works day-to-day with the back-end director, architect, and technical lead. The engagement is expected to last approximately 6–9 months, including hypercare, with the timeline to be confirmed after discovery. Discovery is scheduled to begin in December 2026, with the build phase beginning in February 2027. Allocation is flexible based on project needs and averages approximately 10–20 hours per week, increasing to near full-time during vendor migration. The work spans discovery and design, configuration and build, vendor onboarding and migration, and testing, launch, and hypercare. It includes reviewing the current Mirakl setup and ownership, designing dropship configuration and order flows, defining the Mirakl–Shopify interaction, planning and executing vendor migration, configuring and documenting Mirakl, supporting integration and testing, assisting with launch, and handing over runbooks to the client’s operations team. The contractor advises Domaine’s team and keeps the program manager informed of timeline risks.
