About The Position
Join the team at The Cosmopolitan as a Mini Bar Attendant and help shape each guest’s experience. The role involves keeping in-room mini-bar amenities stocked and providing friendly service to support memorable guest stays.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in guest service.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar.
- Maintain, track, and complete the daily worksheet for mini-bar stock.
- Properly complete, maintain, and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
- Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service.
- Report mini-bar concerns, including guest issues, to management.
