About The Position

The Mini Bar Attendant helps shape guests’ experiences by keeping in-room mini bar amenities stocked and providing friendly service. The role includes maintaining inventory in guest rooms and assigned storerooms, completing daily stock worksheets, servicing rooms that request mini-bar service, and reporting concerns or guest issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of relevant guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar.
• Maintain, track, and complete the daily worksheet for mini bar stock.
• Properly complete, maintain, and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
• Complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service.
• Report mini-bar concerns, including guest issues, to management.
