About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery. This role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across our facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics; proficient with hand and power tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with maintenance staff and other departments.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a millwright apprenticeship or related technical program preferred.
• Prior experience in a maintenance or millwright role strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, and relocate stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine proper work procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems such as conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in safety audits and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and assist with spare‑parts and tool inventory management.
