About The Position
Help deliver some of the most ambitious millwork projects in the country. McKenzie Craft is a luxury custom fabrication firm in Miami, FL. We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help our PMs keep complex architectural millwork projects organized, accountable, and on schedule.
Requirements
- 2+ years in construction or project coordination
- Comfort reading shop drawings and project documentation
- Microsoft Office and PM software fluency (Innergy a plus)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
Responsibilities
- Support PMs from project kickoff through closeout
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
- Run smaller-scale projects as acting PM when assigned
- Keep documentation tight and organized in Innergy
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Field, and client teams
