About The Position

Flexible, results-driven team player with strong leadership development and the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines. This role supports management/operations to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines while remaining highly organized. It involves maintaining and promoting a culture of discipline and effective communication, promoting operational leadership and values, and gaining knowledge of all assigned project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and personnel. The position also assists in coordination between estimating, management, production, and engineering teams, and performs cost analysis, budget forecasting, estimating, and change order management upon mastering core functions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of commercial casework and millwork industry fabrication and installation methods
  • Project scheduling and forecasting
  • Leadership development and training knowledge
  • Bachelor level degree with an emphasis in business, engineering, project management, or strong industry related field experience
  • Computer skills
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, manage to-do lists, and work under deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Currently going to school and working on a Bachelor level degree with an emphasis in business administration, marketing or journalism and any of relevant experience recommended but not required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment screen, including but not limited to: drug and alcohol screen, background check, motor vehicle records check, reference check and physical (if applicable).
  • Current and valid drivers’ license in the state of permanent residence (must be insurable by Jayne’s automobile insurance carrier in order to drive a Jayne’s vehicle).
  • Must have a drive towards the Construction Industry.

  • Assist with planning, leadership, and coordination of all upcoming and current projects
  • Perform cost analysis, budget forecasting, estimating, and change order management (expected if above functions are mastered)
