About The Position

This role is for a flexible, results-driven team player with strong leadership development skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The position involves managing and prioritizing multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines while maintaining organization. It also requires promoting a culture of discipline and effective communication, displaying operational values, and gaining knowledge of assigned project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and personnel. Key functions include coordination between field personnel, shop fabrication, engineering, estimating, and installation departments, as well as organizing, managing, and forecasting project financials. The role also involves completing standard project engineer tasks while growing in Project Management capabilities, assisting with planning and leadership for operational growth, and utilizing liberating leadership techniques to train and manage installation crews and project engineers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of commercial casework and millwork industry fabrication and installation methods

  • Must pass a pre-employment screen, including but not limited to: drug and alcohol screen, background check, motor vehicle records check, reference check and physical (if applicable)
  • Current and valid drivers’ license in the state of permanent residence (must be insurable by Jayne’s automobile insurance carrier in order to drive a Jayne’s vehicle)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and be entered into the federal E-Verify system.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor level degree with an emphasis in business administration, marketing or journalism
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
