About The Position

Canyon Road Auto Body, part of Lanphere Auto Group, is seeking skilled Mid-Tech Auto Body Technicians to perform vehicle repairs in a professional, team-oriented environment. The shop offers steady, dealership-based work supported by three dealerships, without DRP program constraints. The position emphasizes high-quality craftsmanship, restoring vehicles to pre-loss condition, and providing a positive customer experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and the role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug screenings.

Requirements

At least two years of experience is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repairs.
Team-oriented approach and ability to work closely with estimators and management.
Ability to use hands and arms through their full range of motion to work with small parts and in small spaces.
Ability to read and understand manuals, computerized data, procedures, and work orders.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Valid, current driver's license.
Excellent vision for distance and color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Dependable work ethic, punctuality, consistent attendance, and focus on meeting deadlines.
Must pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Repair vehicles to pre-loss condition using knowledge of all aspects of auto body repair.
Work closely with estimators and management as part of a team.
Maintain knowledge of vehicle body repair procedures and stay current with industry trends.
Read and understand repair manuals, computerized data, and procedures.
Accurately and efficiently read work orders and follow shop protocols and best practices.
Meet deadlines and consistently produce high-quality craftsmanship.
