About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Auto Body Tech to perform bodywork on multiple vehicle panels at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The work includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. The role is part of a fast-paced vehicle reconditioning operation, where vehicles are inspected and repaired before being photographed and listed for sale. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
