About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for its new Pineville, North Carolina location. The technician will access vehicle panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum panels. The work takes place in a high-tech vehicle inspection and reconditioning center, using state-of-the-art tools. The schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime may be required, including mandatory overtime based on business needs. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may be exposed to hot or cold weather conditions. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, including exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
