About The Position

Carvana is seeking a Parts Associate with at least six months of professional automotive parts experience to help manage parts inventory. The role involves sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, handling returns and general inventory, communicating with dealers and suppliers, and reconciling and recording parts payments. The position is based in a high-tech Inspection Center and uses state-of-the-art tools. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may sometimes be exposed to heat or cold. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
