TQA•Austin, TX

About The Position

TQA is hiring a dedicated seller to lead growth of its Microsoft practice in the United States. This is a Microsoft-focused role, with all selling time devoted to TQA’s Microsoft portfolio. The Account Executive will open new logos, expand existing relationships, and build Microsoft field relationships that create a steady flow of co-sell opportunities. The seller will help clients move toward governed, enterprise-scale data and AI platforms, safely scale low-code, and apply agents to improve how work gets done and business results. The role owns a Microsoft-specific quota and manages opportunities from first conversation through signed contract. It includes engaging senior executive buyers early, leading with business outcomes, navigating Microsoft partner funding and incentives, representing TQA in Microsoft channel and pipeline conversations, and collaborating with TQA’s Microsoft practice, solution architects, territory Account Executives, marketing, and alliances.
