This position will own and execute the application portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable value in efficiency, cost, and user outcomes. The role involves evaluating business processes to identify improvement opportunities through portfolio applications, leading application lifecycle management (selection, implementation, enhancement, consolidation, and retirement) aligned with roadmap priorities, and monitoring application performance, usage, data integrity, and risk metrics for continuous improvement, stability, and security. The position requires partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, build business cases (ROI, productivity, cost savings), and prioritize initiatives. It also includes overseeing implementations, upgrades, and releases, managing vendor relationships and service delivery against SLAs, contracts, and budgets, and leading and developing team members while fostering collaboration and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years Information Technology experience
  • 4+ years’ experience working with Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems required
  • Working knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, Agile Development
  • Own application portfolio lifecycle and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and architecture standards
  • Drive application performance, reliability, and releases, including upgrades, integrations, and incident resolution
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and maximize portfolio value

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality service delivery
