This role is responsible for establishing staffing complements and ensuring staff readiness to support a facility 24/7/365. The position involves recommending, improving, evaluating, maintaining, and administering maintenance and asset programs aligned with departmental and organizational missions. Key responsibilities include utilizing management tools such as budget reports, CMMS dashboards, and energy usage reports, adhering to all regulatory compliance codes, and scheduling/maintaining records for inspections, testing, maintenance, and drills. The role also entails evaluating and analyzing the root cause of building system failures, developing and implementing solutions, assisting in the development of business unit and enterprise goals, and coordinating interdepartmental and intradepartmental services. Maintaining excellent communication with administration, directors, staff, patients, and families is crucial. The position supports the coordination and implementation of larger scale projects, manages standardized record keeping and reporting, and conducts an effective audit program for compliance. Routine team/staff meetings are conducted for training and information distribution. The role interfaces with site administration on monthly budget performance, productivity, and labor expenses.
