About The Position

The College of Education Building Coordinator is looking to hire an OPS Facilities Assistant to support building tasks. The Facilities Assistant is a key support staff member for the Building Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a desire and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Establish an exemplary work ethic by being dependable, productive, paying attention to details and maintaining effective communication
  • Ability to dedicate 20-30 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Classroom support (reset, verification of furniture, and lock/unlock doors)
  • Help with meeting/event space
  • Asset management
  • Scanning documents
  • Maintain an orderly and clean facility
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
