The MFT Support Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of business-to-business (B2B) integration processes and Managed File Transfer (MFT) operations. This role requires strong technical expertise and a disciplined approach to ensuring system performance, reliability, and availability, while maintaining enterprise standards for monitoring, privacy, security, compliance, and quality of service. This position is eligible for remote work, but quarterly travel will be required to Avalon’s corporate office located in Tampa, Florida.
