About The Position

If so, Impact Fab could be a great fit for you. We are seeking a 3rd Shift Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with basic metal fabricating skills who is looking to learn more in a custom metal shop.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fabrication and metalworking
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Dependability a must
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
Responsibilities
- Cut, bend, and shape metal components according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide fabrication projects.
- Operate machinery such as water jet, saws, shears, presses and CNC Machines to shape metal.
- Operate machinery like press brakes and rollers to bend and form metal components accurately.
- Smooth and finish metal surfaces to remove sharp edges and imperfections using grinding and polishing equipment.
- Assemble fabricated metal components to create finished products, ensuring precision and alignment.
