About The Position

We are looking for a Metal Fabricator/Welder for the P&K Stone Projects Team. This role involves blueprint reading, welding, fabricating, heavy equipment operation, mining equipment repair and component installation, and collaborating within a team to complete special projects across various P&K Stone locations. The position requires candidates to travel to P&K locations in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma using their own vehicle and tools to perform tasks.

Requirements

Self-provided vehicle
Basic hand tools
C-clamps
½-ton – 1-ton come-along
Drills
Grinders
Measures and leveling tools
Minimum 260 arc welder
Plasma cutting torch
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
1-2 years minimum of previous arc welding experience
Ability to work in outdoor conditions
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Experience operating all-terrain telehandler
Previous experience inside mine sites
MSHA training
Previous experience working within active mine sites
MSHA Part 46 training
High school or equivalent
