About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Meta Sales Specialist to work in a Best Buy retail location in Humble, Texas. The specialist helps shoppers discover Meta products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories, by understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and recommending suitable options. The role also includes training retail associates on new AI apps and tools; technology training is provided by the team. The specialist represents Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, builds positive relationships with customers and store staff, works toward monthly sales targets, maintains product displays, tracks customer interactions and sales electronically, and submits daily reports using a mobile device. The position follows a schedule of 20 hours Friday through Sunday, with additional shifts during November and December for key shopping days. Availability for weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts is required. The role is based at Best Buy 255 in Humble, Texas. Pay is $20.50 per hour. Requirements

Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Nice To Haves

At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing is preferred.
Interest in audio-visual and virtual reality products.

Responsibilities

Engage retail customers, identify their needs, demonstrate Meta products, and recommend suitable products.
Showcase Meta products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories, and explain their uses in areas such as fitness, gaming, and entertainment.
Build trust with customers and confidently ask for the sale.
Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and foster positive relationships with customers and store staff.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, with current devices and promotions presented effectively.
Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, and submit daily reports using a mobile device.
Build positive relationships with field and store partners, adapt to local retail environments, respect established hierarchies, and follow operational policies.
Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
Work primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, with availability for required weekday shifts and holiday-period shifts.
