About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Meta Sales Specialist to work in a Best Buy retail location. The specialist engages shoppers, learns their needs, recommends Meta products, and demonstrates AR/VR headsets, accessories, and other products. The role also involves training retail associates on new AI apps and tools; technology training is provided. The specialist represents Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, builds positive relationships with customers and store staff, works toward sales targets, maintains product displays, and electronically tracks customer interactions, feedback, and sales. The regular schedule is 20 hours from Friday through Sunday, with additional shifts in November and December for key shopping days. Weekend availability and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts are required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and ask for the sale.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
Own a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and grab; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; and maintain continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Nice To Haves

At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
Interest in AV and VR products.

Responsibilities

Engage retail shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Meta products.
Demonstrate Meta products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories.
Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
Build trust with customers and confidently support sales.
Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and foster positive relationships with customers and store staff.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, with current devices and promotions showcased.
Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, and submit daily reports using a mobile device.
Adapt to local retail environments, respect established hierarchies, and follow operational policies.
Work scheduled weekend shifts and additional holiday-season shifts as assigned.
