About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to work within a local big-box retailer. The role focuses on demonstrating and promoting Meta products, creating engaging customer experiences, building relationships with retail associates, and training store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027, and is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Compensation is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, which is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

The role is based at Walmart 100 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Specialists bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; assist shoppers through the product experience and sales process; maintain displays; support store teams; and track customer engagement and sales activity. 2020 Companies describes opportunities for flexible paydays through DailyPay, paid remote product and technology training, career pathways, resume-building experience, and sales contests with possible product, promotional-item, or gift-card incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11, Samsung S25, or newer.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create positive customer experiences that reflect well on Meta and its products.
• Explain product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
