About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 1149 in Safford, Arizona. The role demonstrates and promotes Meta products to shoppers, builds relationships with retail associates, creates engaging customer experiences, and trains store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided. The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. The regular schedule is 12 hours each week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts are scheduled in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Compensation is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI achievement. The specialist brings Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences. They engage shoppers, explain product features based on customer interests, guide customers through the sales experience, maintain displays and brand standards, keep store teams informed, track activity and performance, and stay current on product launches and updates. Training is paid and completed remotely using a laptop or phone. Additional sales-contest incentives may include Meta products, promotional items, and gift cards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
Customer-first service mindset.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
Personal, reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

Six or more months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
