About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at a local Walmart, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers. The role focuses on creating engaging customer experiences, building relationships with retail associates, and training store teams on Meta AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. The regular schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts are scheduled in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required on the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. The role offers hourly pay and a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance, employee standing, and KPI requirements.

The representative brings Meta technology to life through demonstrations of wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; engages shoppers, explains product features, and supports customers through the purchase experience; maintains displays and brand standards; keeps store teams informed; and tracks demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity. The position is based at Walmart 4132 in Downey, California. A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer, and reliable personal transportation, are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11, Samsung S25, or newer.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.

• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
