Seasonal Meta Sales Rep
About The Position
2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 3531 in Lacey, Washington. The role promotes Meta products in a local big-box retailer through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and support for retail associates. Product and technology training is provided. The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 6:00 p.m. The stated work dates are November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $23 per hour, plus a seasonal completion bonus contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. The position also offers weekly pay with optional on-demand cashouts through DailyPay, remote paid training, potential career pathways, resume-building experience, and sales contests that may include products, promotional items, or gift cards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
- Customer-first experience mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
- A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta experiences.
- Proactively engage shoppers and create welcoming, personalized customer experiences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits based on customers’ interests and needs.
- Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
- Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
- Build relationships with store teams and inform them about products, features, and promotions.
- Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
- Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
