About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to represent Meta products at Walmart 2091 in Doral, Florida. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Meta technology to shoppers, creating engaging customer experiences, building relationships with store associates, and training store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely.

The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts will be added in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $22 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Own personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences.
