About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 674 in Gallatin, Tennessee. The role promotes Meta products in a big-box retail setting through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and support for store teams. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely.

The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 6:00 p.m. The seasonal assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are scheduled in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. Sales contests may offer additional incentives, including Meta products, promotional items, and gift cards.

The position offers weekly base pay and on-demand cashouts through DailyPay, paid product and technology training, and potential pathways to lead specialist roles, retail management, and longer-term program opportunities. The role also provides experience in consumer AI, spatial computing, and premium brand representation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized interactions.
• Create memorable customer experiences and leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits based on customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
