About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 1588 in Victorville, California. In partnership with Meta, this role demonstrates and promotes Meta products to consumers in a local big-box retailer, builds brand excitement, creates personalized customer experiences, and trains store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. The regular schedule is Saturday and Sunday, noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI achievement.

The role includes remotely completing product and technology certifications, engaging shoppers, demonstrating wearable AI and other Meta technology, maintaining displays, supporting store teams, and tracking customer engagement and sales activity. A smartphone and reliable personal transportation are required. The position involves standing, walking, reaching, bending, grasping, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create welcoming, personalized customer experiences.
• Present product features and benefits according to customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the customer experience, from initial engagement and demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Complete product and technology training and certifications remotely.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
