About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Rep to work at Walmart 5420 in Kissimmee, Florida, promoting Meta products in a retail setting. The role involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences, creating personalized customer experiences, and guiding shoppers through product demonstrations and toward a purchase. Product and technology training is provided, including remote product and tech certifications.

The position is temporary and seasonal, scheduled for 12 hours each weekend, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Compensation is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, which is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. Weekly pay and on-demand cashouts through DailyPay are offered. Sales contests may provide additional incentives, including Meta products, promotional items, and gift cards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits in line with each customer's interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
