About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a temporary seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 3897 in Twin Falls, Idaho. In partnership with Meta, the specialist demonstrates and promotes Meta products to shoppers, creates engaging customer experiences, builds relationships with retail associates, and trains store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The role is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts will be added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Compensation is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, which is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

Training and product technology certifications are paid and completed remotely using a laptop or phone. The role offers weekly pay with optional on-demand cashouts through DailyPay, potential sales-contest incentives, and possible pathways to lead specialist roles, retail management, and longer-term program opportunities. Applicants need reliable personal transportation and a compatible smartphone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta product experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized customer experiences.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits based on customer interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement through product demonstrations and asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
