About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 1387 in Coral Springs, Florida. The role pays $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus. The regular schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., with additional shifts in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. The bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs. The seasonal work dates are November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027.

The specialist demonstrates and promotes Meta products in a big-box retail setting, creating engaging customer experiences and building relationships with retail associates. The role includes training store teams on Meta AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely using a laptop or phone.

The work also provides experience in consumer AI, spatial computing, and brand representation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• A smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive Meta product experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized service.
• Create memorable customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Explain product features and benefits in line with each customer's interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement through product demonstration and confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstration, and the retail experience consistent with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Complete product and technology training and certifications.
