About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Representative to work at Walmart 1720 in Snellville, Georgia. In partnership with Meta, the representative demonstrates and promotes Meta products in a local big-box retailer, builds relationships with retail associates, and creates engaging customer experiences. Product and technology training is provided remotely, including product and technology certifications.

The role is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Compensation is $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

The position involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; assisting customers from initial engagement through the sales ask; maintaining displays and demo products; informing store teams about products, features, and promotions; and tracking demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity. The role also requires keeping up with product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences through hands-on product demonstrations.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized customer experiences.
• Explain product features and benefits according to customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the experience, from initial engagement and demonstration to asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstration, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
