Seasonal Meta Sales Rep
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 919 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The role promotes Meta products in a retail setting through hands-on demonstrations, customer engagement, and support for store associates. Product and technology training is provided remotely. The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI performance. The specialist demonstrates wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; helps customers understand products and make purchase decisions; maintains demo displays; and keeps store teams up to date on products, features, and promotions. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort engaging customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
- Customer-first service mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
- Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
- Own reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
- Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
- Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
- Explain product features and benefits based on customer interests and needs.
- Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
- Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
- Build relationships with store teams and share information about current products, features, and promotions.
- Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward performance goals.
- Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
