About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 787 in Riverdale, Georgia. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Meta products to shoppers, building relationships with retail associates, creating engaging customer experiences, and training store teams on Meta AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided remotely.

The position runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027, with a regular schedule of 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m. Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance, employee standing, and KPI requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11, Samsung S25, or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits based on customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience consistent with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
