About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Meta Sales Rep to work at Walmart 2187 in Wenatchee, Washington. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Meta products to shoppers, creating engaging customer experiences, building relationships with retail associates, and training store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely.

The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days. Holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is $21 per hour, with a seasonal completion bonus subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and performance KPIs.

The role requires a smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer, and reliable personal transportation. Work includes standing, walking, reaching, bending, grasping, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, and continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Requirements

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized service.
• Create memorable customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits according to customer interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement through demonstrations and confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
