About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 4132 in Downey, California. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Meta products, including wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences, to shoppers in a local big-box retailer. The specialist creates personalized customer experiences, explains product features, guides customers through demonstrations, and confidently asks for the sale. The role also includes maintaining demo displays, building relationships with store associates, sharing product and promotion information, tracking customer engagement and sales activity, and staying current on product launches and software updates. Product and technology training is provided, with certifications completed remotely.

The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. A seasonal completion bonus is offered subject to attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPI performance.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a compatible smartphone, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to meet the stated physical demands. Sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience and an interest in technology are preferred.

Requirements

• Smartphone required, equivalent to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Personal, reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences to shoppers.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized experiences.
• Explain product features and benefits according to customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement through product demonstration and asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
