About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floater to represent Meta products at local big-box retailers within approximately 60 miles of the Tucson market center. The role involves demonstrating wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences; engaging shoppers; and helping customers understand products and make purchasing decisions. The specialist also builds relationships with retail associates and informs and trains store teams about products, features, and promotions. Product and technology training is provided remotely.

The role offers $21 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, with 20 hours guaranteed weekly and on-call coverage; actual weekly hours may vary. The usual schedule is Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Weekend availability and at least three one-time weekday shifts are required. Additional shifts may be scheduled in November and December for key shopping days. The seasonal assignment runs from now through January 3, 2027. The bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and KPIs. Floaters may receive priority consideration for open positions in the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other factors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first service mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation; accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in technology, wearable AI, and/or virtual reality technology.

• Proactively engage shoppers and provide a welcoming, personalized experience.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits according to customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products ready for demonstrations, and the retail experience consistent with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and keep them informed about products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
