About The Position

The Merchandiser displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and retail sales floors. The position is listed as remote in Colorado and serves assigned retail accounts. The Merchandiser arranges products according to an approved plan or ideas, places pricing and descriptive signs, rotates product from stock rooms to displays to comply with sell-by dates, and orders product to help prevent out-of-stocks. The role may develop display ideas or follow direction from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager, communicate daily with key store personnel about service or product needs, and assemble display aids using company-provided point-of-sale materials. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Responsibilities

Arrange products according to a prearranged plan or ideas approved by management.
Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
Transfer product from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with sell-by dates, maximize in-store product, and minimize stock-room inventory.
Order product for assigned accounts according to established procedures to help prevent out-of-stock conditions.
Develop display ideas or follow suggestions or schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate daily with key store personnel about service or product needs.
Construct or assemble display aids using company-provided point-of-sale materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by an immediate or other supervisor.
