Merchandiser (F/T)
About The Position
The Merchandiser displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and retail sales floors. The role arranges products according to an approved plan or ideas, places price and descriptive signs, moves products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to manage sell-by dates and inventory, orders product for assigned accounts, and communicates with store personnel about service and product needs. The Merchandiser also develops or follows display suggestions and schedules and assembles display aids using company-provided Point of Sale materials. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor. The primary location is Albuquerque, New Mexico. Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

- Must be 21 years old or older.
Responsibilities
- Arrange products according to a prearranged plan or ideas approved by management.
- Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
- Transfer products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with sell-by dates, maximize in-store product, and minimize stock-room inventory.
- Order products for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to prevent out-of-stock conditions.
- Originate display ideas or follow suggestions or schedules from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
- Communicate daily with key store personnel about service or product needs.
- Construct or assemble display aids from company-provided Point of Sale materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
