About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase the company’s brands by building displays, managing inventory, and improving product placement in new and existing customer accounts. The role involves visiting customers’ locations using reliable transportation and a personal vehicle, developing sales knowledge, and providing professional service. Merchandisers are expected to handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and interact safely and responsibly with the public. Other duties may be assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older to apply.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts.
Stock and rotate shelves.
Build displays and manage point-of-sale materials.
Complete store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
Share feedback with sales team members to identify brand and category opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings.
Communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities.
Learn and grow knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirits brands and customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.
