About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and handling product placement in new and existing accounts. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Demonstrate customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.
Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb up and down a ladder.
Regularly lift 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts.
Stock and rotate shelves.
Build displays.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Complete store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build rapport with key account contacts and obtain feedback about merchandising activities.
Share account feedback with appropriate sales team members.
Identify brand and category opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings.
Communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities.
Learn and grow knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirits brands and customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and interact safely and responsibly with the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
