About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will showcase the company’s brands by building displays, managing inventory, and improving product placement. The role involves daily merchandising at new and existing accounts, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility and product availability. You will need reliable transportation to travel to customer locations and will handle beverage alcohol products while conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.
Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb up and down a ladder.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock and rotate shelves at new and existing accounts.
Build product displays.
Manage point-of-sale materials.
Complete store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build rapport with key account contacts and obtain feedback about merchandising activities.
Share account feedback with appropriate sales team members.
Identify brand and category opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings.
Communicate out-of-stock and new-item opportunities.
Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirits brands and customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and interact safely and responsibly with the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
