About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and placing products in customer locations. The role involves daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, including stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, managing point-of-sale materials, and completing store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes. You will build rapport with key account contacts, gather and share feedback with sales team members, and identify merchandising, brand, and category opportunities. You will also help identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings and communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities. The position requires learning about beer, wine, and/or spirits and their brands, handling beverage alcohol responsibly, and interacting safely and responsibly with the public. Other duties may be assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor. The role requires reliable transportation to customer locations and occasional weekend availability. Employees must be able to regularly lift and carry 45–65 pounds and frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb a ladder. Compensation is $21.60–$23.35 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per business mile driven. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.
Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb up and down a ladder.
Regularly lift 45–65 pounds.
Use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone; talk and hear.

Responsibilities
