About The Position

At Convivial Brands, Merchandisers represent the company’s family of brands by maintaining brand presence in the market and keeping products fully stocked. This part-time role covers assigned stores in Bellingham and Ferndale, Washington, and offers a flexible schedule of approximately 15 hours per week. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The Merchandiser uses a smart device to document store visits and submit photos, and must be available the day after major seasonal dates.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent certification.
Valid driver's license.
Smart device required, with experience using smart device technology.
Active email address that can send and receive messages and is checked frequently for work communications.
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new tasks and solve problems quickly.
Consistent, reliable internet access to receive critical job information and updates.
Ability to download and install an app on a phone or other mobile device, keep the phone operating system up to date, and use Wi-Fi services.
Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned stores.
Availability the day after major seasonal dates, such as Easter and Valentine’s Day.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience, especially with displays, shop layouts, or visual props.

Responsibilities

Review fixtures to ensure they align with planograms and initiate product reorders as necessary.
Assemble and set up store fixtures and displays according to planograms.
Manage credits and returns for out-of-date products and complete seasonal transitions.
Use technology to collect data during store visits and submit photos of all store visits and seasonal transitions.
Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with store management.
Maintain assigned store locations by keeping displays stocked and organized, products straightened, and areas dust-free.
Oversee the inventory and condition of store fixtures and materials, and organize and replenish products promptly.
Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.
Represent Convivial Brands professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned.
