About The Position

Convivial Brands is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to represent its family of brands in assigned stores in Burlington, Stanwood, Mount Vernon, and Oak Harbor, Washington. The role maintains brand presence by keeping products stocked and displays organized. The position is scheduled for 12 hours per week and pays $18.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The schedule is flexible, but the merchandiser must be available the day after major seasonal dates, such as Easter and Valentine’s Day.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience using smart-device technology.
An active email address that is checked frequently for work communications.
Consistent and reliable internet access to receive job information and updates.
Ability to download and install apps on a phone or other mobile device and keep the phone’s operating system up to date.
Knowledge of how to use Wi-Fi services.
Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned stores.
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new tasks and solve problems quickly.
Flexible, reliable, patient, and friendly.
Availability the day after major seasonal dates.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience, such as working with displays, shop layouts, or visual props, is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

Review fixtures to ensure they align with planograms and initiate product reorders as needed.
Assemble and set up store fixtures and displays according to planograms.
Manage credits and returns for out-of-date products and complete seasonal transitions.
Use technology to collect data during store visits and submit photos of store visits and seasonal transitions.
Build and maintain effective relationships with store management.
Service assigned stores by keeping displays stocked and organized, products straightened, and areas dust-free.
Monitor the inventory and condition of store fixtures and materials, and organize and replenish products promptly.
Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.
Represent Convivial Brands professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned.
