About The Position
Convivial Brands is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to maintain its brand presence and keep products stocked at assigned retail stores. The role covers stores in Woodinville and nearby Washington communities and requires 15–20 hours per week. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The schedule is described as very flexible, but the merchandiser must be available the day after major seasonal dates, such as Easter and Valentine’s Day. The Merchandiser maintains organized, stocked, and clean displays; sets up fixtures and displays according to planograms; manages product reorders, credits, returns, and seasonal transitions; and uses a smart device to collect information and submit photos from store visits. The role also involves coordinating with store management, prioritizing work across assigned stores, and representing Convivial Brands professionally.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience using smart-device technology.
- A smart device and an active email address that is checked frequently and can send and receive messages.
- Availability the day after major seasonal dates, such as Easter and Valentine’s Day.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize duties with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks and problem-solve quickly.
- Consistent and reliable internet access to receive critical job information and updates.
- Ability to download and install an app on a phone or other mobile device, keep the phone operating system up to date, and use Wi-Fi services.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned stores.

Nice To Haves
- Prior retail experience, such as working with displays, shop layouts, or visual props.
Responsibilities
- Review fixtures for alignment with planograms and initiate product reorders as necessary.
- Assemble and set up store fixtures and displays according to planograms.
- Manage credits and returns for out-of-date products, and complete seasonal transitions.
- Use technology to collect data during store visits and submit photos of all store visits and seasonal transitions.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with store management.
- Maintain assigned store locations, keeping displays stocked and organized, products straightened, and areas dust-free.
- Oversee the inventory and condition of store fixtures and materials; organize and replenish products promptly.
- Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.
- Represent Convivial Brands professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
