About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during a shift. The role is responsible for what happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader is expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and ensure the crew does the same. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work all shifts, including opening and closing.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same of team members.
