About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring a full-time General Manager to lead a restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for restaurant operations, team leadership, and building a strong workplace culture while supporting the local community. The role requires sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, plus a production bonus ranging from $400 to $2,000. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available for all shifts, including opening and closing the restaurant.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens in the restaurant.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the team and follow all policies and procedures, while expecting the same from crew members.
