About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role is an entry-level opportunity for people interested in building teamwork and customer service skills while making pizza. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, prepare pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and help maintain a clean and organized facility. The position emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and taking pride in pizza making. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including work as little as a day or two a week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service and prepare pizzas.
